Story
Terrest brewery is a daughter, father brewing team comprised of Valerie and Johan Van der Bauwhede. It started with a passion of Johan, as a farmer, he decided to take a brewing course at Syntra West in Kortrijk. He would lock himself up weekly to make recipes and fine-tune them. Valerie herself followed the brewing course. Valerie, “I personally like to drink bitter beers. But our Golden Tripel is a friend of all: fresh and beautifully balanced. The beer tends to be hoppy but is not IPA. You can taste the herbs a lot, but not lavishly.” The Golden Tripel, hopefully the first beer of many, is enjoyed by everyone, but at the same time is unparalleled in its unique taste.
The name Terrest comes from the hill where everything is grown and is also the name of the hamlet in Houthulst, near Ypres, Belgium.

Story
A blonde subtly hopped beer that is accessible with a slight sweetness and a soft slightly bitter aftertaste.
The farm brewers invented this beer in 2006 and were inspired by a Zottegem folk figure who operated the café 'Toria' on the sablon there. When the cafe was later demolished, it was equally exciting if the operator – whom everyone knew as 'den Toria' – would find his way. However, as it suits a man of the people, he remained among the people, became a street sweeper and wrote the weather reports for the pigeon sport in a local magazine.
The subtle sweet touch makes the Toria Blond very accessible and still has enough complexity with the soft, slightly bitter aftertaste.
Composition
Malt (Pils, wheat) and hops (East Kent Goldings, Hallertau Perle) and yeast
Story
A strongly hopped Tripel with a citrus aroma and a long bitter aftertaste thanks to the use of a fine American hop.
Complex flavours alternate due to the generous use of fine American hops. This one provides the long, bitter aftertaste that you can enjoy quietly. Also discover the citrus aroma in this strongly hoppy Tripel with a spicy character.
After the success of De Hoeve Toria Blond, were again inspired in 2009 by the Zottegem folk figure 'Toria' who at the time operated the café 'Toria' and owed his nickname to it. Even after the cafe, he remained a familiar face in the region because he lived amongst the people from Zottegem.
Composition
Malt (Pils, wheat), hops (Tomahawk, Hallertau Mittelfüh) and yeast
Story
De Graal's Tripel beer is a powerful blond beer with an orange robe and thick white foam. On the nose, it has aromas of spice, pepper and coriander with notes of malt, toast, hops, citrus, lemon and orange. In the mouth, there are flavours of spices, coriander, malt, hops, fruit, peach, cinnamon, yeast and alcohol. Oily with a low carbonation, it is a subtly bitter beer that brings us to a spicy finish.
Story
An easy drinkable blond triple made with pils malt and a small amount of wheatmalt, a hint of citrus. Spicy beer with a golden colour and a generous and creamy foam. The beer is quite hoppy with malted notes. This is the first beer created by the brewery in 2012.
The brewery has been established at the end of 2011 and is a creation of Kristof Vandenbussche who is the brewer. After many years of experimenting he has decided to commercialize his projects and offer them to the public. This still with growing success. In our brewery it all starts with the best quality. It is the purpose to offer high-end quality beers, produced in our own brewery and based on home made recipes . Of course this is only possible by working with the best ingredients, by keeping it at small scale and by combining this with years of experience and lots of enthusiasm. Our hops are selected together with the hop farmer. So far we only brew with Belgian Hops.
